We are a growing agency looking to add to our team! Successful candidates for this position are driven to succeed, motivated by results and income potential. Prior insurance experience is not required, we will train the right candidate.

Account Specialists are great at:

  • Identifying and qualifying new potential clients from various sources, including networking, referrals, social media, and existing client base.
  • Determining a client's insurance coverage needs and making recommendations that are best suited for them.
  • Presenting coverage options and having value based conversations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare insurance quotes for potential clients.
  • Meet personal insurance sales goals
  • Develop new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases.
  • Help protect customers by offering insurance products that will meet their needs
  • Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience.
  • Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses; already possessing a license is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High level of organization.
  • Ability to multitask and to work both independently and as a team.
  • Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Immense desire to succeed

Pay: $35,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
